Refund policy

Campaigns & Production

Our products are offered through limited-time campaigns, typically lasting 3–4 weeks. During this period, customers can place orders for the product.

If a campaign reaches its minimum order goal, the product will move into production. If the goal is not met by the end of the campaign, all orders will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help. In these cases, we offer replacements or store credit.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you notice any issues.

When submitting a support request, please include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item you received

Pledges

For pledges, if a pledge does not reach its minimum funding goal by the end of the campaign, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


Warranty and EU Consumer Rights

For customers located in the European Union, Gimme Swag, Inc. complies with applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for conformity of goods under Directive (EU) 2019/771. This guarantee applies to any product that is defective or does not conform to the contract of sale.

This statutory guarantee is provided in addition to any voluntary manufacturer warranties that may apply.
